Integrative Functional Nutrition
Integrative Functional Nutrition is a personalised, systems-based approach to supporting health by addressing underlying nutritional, metabolic, and lifestyle factors that influence skin health, energy, digestion, hormones, mental wellbeing, and overall resilience.
Gemma is a registered Functional Nutritional Therapist with British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, with over 23 years’ experience across health, wellbeing, skin health, and mental wellbeing. Her work focuses on addressing root causes and supporting integration across nutrition, lifestyle, nervous system health, and behaviour change.
Integrative Functional Nutrition support is available for a wide range of concerns, including chronic or inflammatory skin conditions, fatigue, digestive and metabolic imbalance, ADHD, addiction patterns, anxiety, depression, and supporting women through peri/menopause.

• A sense that symptoms are interconnected and need a joined-up, root-cause approach
• Wanting sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes that support long-term health and wellbeing
This list is not exhaustive. If you’re unsure whether this offering is right for you, you’re welcome to book a complimentary 10-minute clarity call to explore whether it would be supportive for you.
